A carefully made rubbing provides an accurate, full-scale facsimile of the surface reproduced. Rubbings are generally used to reproduce surfaces carved by someone other than the person who makes the rubbing.<\/p>\n<p>This collection features a pair of Sung Wong Toi (\u5b8b\u738b\u81fa) rubbings, one in Chinese language and another in English.<\/p>\n<p>The remainder rubbings focus on works by Chen Jian (\u9673\u5efa)(b.1970) whose father Chen Xuezhang (\u9673\u5b78\u5f70)(b.1946) is a master of Mianzhu New Year Prints in Sichuan Province (\u56db\u5ddd\u7dbf\u7af9\u5e74\u756b\u50b3\u627f\u4eba).
