The HKBU Library Book Culture Club cordially invites you to a bookbinding workshop led by mmmmor studio. This workshop will introduce crossed structure binding, a unique stitch-bookbinding technique that creates an exposed spine with interlocking pages, ideal for journals, sketchbooks, or decorative albums. Participants will learn about bookbinding tools and materials, practice crossed structure binding techniques, and complete their own 80-page book.

mmmmor studio was founded by artists Wai Lun Hsu and Lai Ping So, both graduates of the HKBU Academy of Visual Arts. The studio focuses on paper-based art creation and has recently been exploring bookmaking as a form of artistic expression.
