Pam Am has a long history of issuing Hong Kong travel posters - the airline commenced operations to Hong Kong with its China Clipper flying boat service in the mid 1930's, and this was one of the last Hong Kong posters the airline issued before selling its Pacific operations to United Airlines in 1985.
