This poster promoting the harmonious relationship between Han Chinese and Tibetan. The poster depicts a female worker in a white apron with the Chinese characters 静安饮食店 [Jing'an Eateries] on it visiting a young Tibetan boy who is a patient in Shanghai Children's hospital. She holds a food container and an umbrella in her hands. The boy and his mum are overjoyed as the worker has brought the traditional Tibetan food called 糌粑 [Tsampa or Tsamba].
