A rare Chinese 1950s space science poster in colour, titled "Leaving the Earth", is the no. 8 poster in a poster set called 天文知識 [knowledge of astronomy]. This poster consists of five images sheet each captioned in traditional Chinese on each image as annotations. The images depict the rocket's launch, the rocket leaving the earth and heading to the moon, some astronauts exploring the moon and the rocket heading to other planets.
