The perpetually busy corner of Queen's Road and Pottinger Street was chosen as a fitting image for this poster. The airline was flying from Hong Kong to 16 regional cities by the time this poster was issued in 1962. The plane in the image is a Convair 880, reg VR-HFS which entered service with Cathay in 1962.
