Italian portrait painter and poster designer Angelo Cesselon was best known for his work on cinema posters in Rome in the immediate post-war period. But his talents were recognized as a painter also, and among others Popes John XXIII and John Paul II sat for him. Here Cesselon's talent is used B.O.A.C. to demonstrate the international scope of the in-flight crew working on the airline's 'round-the-world' services.
