认清"非典" 提高警惕 : 勤锻炼

This is a Chinese public health poster with an orange background. The large yellow headline at the top reads "认清'非典' 提高警惕"(Recognize "Feidian" and raise vigilance"). "非典" (Feidian) was the common Chinese term for SARS. At the bottom-left, large black characters read, "勤锻炼"(Exercise diligently). The central scene is set against a cross-shaped photographic background showing a sunny field with lush green grass and trees. Superimposed on it are simple, black-outlined cartoon figures of five people in white athletic clothes jogging from left to right. In the top-left orange area around the white cross, blue Chinese text: "传染性非典型肺炎（简称"非典"）是由冠状病毒的变种（又称"SARS"病毒）引起的，主要通过近距离空气飞沫和密切接触传播的严重急性呼吸道综合征。(Infectious Atypical Pneumonia is caused by a coronavirus variant (the SARS virus) and is mainly transmitted through close-range respiratory droplets and close contact, leading to severe acute respiratory syndrome.) In the lower-right lists features in Chinese text: "非典型肺炎，症状似感冒；发烧不流涕，干咳且痰少；乏力身酸痛，呼吸频率高；抗菌药治疗，数日不见好。" (Atypical pneumonia, symptoms are like a cold; fever without a runny nose, dry cough with little phlegm; fatigue and body aches, high respiratory rate; does not improve after several days of antibiotic treatmen.)
