This is a poster for The Red Lantern, a revolutionary modern Peking opera. It was one of the few operas and ballets permitted during the Cultural Revolution in China. The image shows Li Tiemei and guerrilla fighters in the mountains celebrating their victory in the act titled "胜利前进" (March Toward Victory). The red Chinese text in the bottom right margin is a caption for the scene and reads:"胜利前进 在党的领导和游击队的配合及群众的帮助下，铁梅把密电码送到了柏山 ，胜利地完成任务。众游击队员挥舞刀枪，欢庆胜利。"
