This picture is known as "The Three Gods --- of Good Fortune, Longevity and Official Career" formerly used on occasion of someone's birthday. The child with an ornamental gold piece and the child holding peaches symbolize smooth official careers generation after generation and endless fortune. -- China Yangliuqing woodblock new years pictures (p.152)
