This image which recreates the scene of Gutian Conference in December 1929, features Mao Zedong standing upper left section with Zhu De sitting next to him. Mao is addressing an audience most of whom are army men in uniform. A red banner, party flag and portraits of Vladimir Lenin and Karl Marx hung on the wall left section. Propaganda slogans on coloured papers on the poles.
