This poster is celebration of the founding of the Tibet Autonomous Region Revolutionary Committee September 1968. A man with an armband "革命 [Revoultion]" is driving and a woman next to him is carrying a bunch of crops on her shoulder and holding up "毛泽东选集 [Selected Works of Mao Zedong]" in the air. On bottom left of the poster, two government officials are knelt behind a wooden sign which with Chinese text "打倒大叛徒王其梅" and "打倒反革命两靣派周仁山", both names have a red cross on them. There are nibs pointing to the two officials which is a symbol of attacking them.
