羅屋是柴灣數座古村落中僅存的村屋建築，原為一羅姓客家人所有，是港島罕見的中國舊式建築物，1990年建成羅屋民俗館。
Built by a Hakka family surnamed Law, this is a rare example of Chinese
traditional architecture in Hong Kong.
