前身為域多利軍營（Victoria Barracks），軍營於1979年關閉後，至1991年建成香港公園，婚姻註冊處就在公園的西面，有露天停泊花車區。
Formerly the Victoria Barracks, this was a military garrison until 1979. In 1991, it became part of Hong Kong Park.
