Hong Kong Documentary Photos

Mak Fung (麥烽), Ngan Chun Tung (顏震東) and Yau Leung (邱良) were local photographers in the 1950s to 1970s. Their photographs take the viewers to the lives of common people when Hong Kong’s economy was dominated by manufacturing industries during the post-war period. The black and white silver gelatin photographs depicts the street scenes that have disappeared due to city development.
